Urška is not just a lash artist, she’s a trainer, international judge, speaker, and the proud CEO and founder of La Beauté Studio & Academy. Her journey into the beauty industry is a testament to resilience, passion, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Originally from a medical background, Urška made a bold leap in her early 20s, following her heart into the world of cosmetics. When she picked up her tweezers for the first time in 2017, she thought it might also be the last. But one set became another, and another, it quickly turned into a passion, even a healthy obsession. “I wanted to become better day by day,” she says. And she did.

Today, nearly eight years later, Urška is a multi-award-winning lash stylist, a two-time GRAND PRIX winner, and was named Lash Stylist of the Year 2022. Her expertise spans both live and online competitions, and she now serves as a judge and mentor, sharing her skills and knowledge with aspiring lash professionals around the world.

Through every failed set and every challenge, she never gave up, and now she’s here to help others rise more smoothly.
